Monday-Thursday (4-10s): Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Core Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage project controls team and implement project controls best practices.
  • Support analysis of schedule, as well as identify and investigate project schedule variances.
  • Coordinate and assist Project Management Team in all scheduling reports needed on every project. Monitor, update, and evaluate weekly / monthly progress.
  • Collect and update data and produce progress percentage for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Operate as a proactive member of project teams and aid Project Manager, Project Engineer, Technology Supervisor, Site Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and other teams in planning, aligning, and scheduling their respective work scopes and budgets to obtain higher visibility of project progress and schedules at all times.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis. Microsoft Power BI, P6 Visualizer, Dashboard & quantity tracker development.

Essential Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable of planning and scheduling concepts and principles
  • Minimum 12 Years’ Experience in the Oil & Gas EPC Projects.
  • Experienced in pre-construction, construction, procurement, commissioning, close-out and management experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical plants, tank farm, pipe rack, flare and utilities, revamp, rejuvenation and module shutdown, tank concrete foundations.
  • Ability to develop schedules using latest Primavera scheduling software, MS Project, MS Excel spreadsheet from optimization/study, design and engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning to close-out, construction implementation plan, delay/time analysis, time chainage diagram, coordinate installation program, shutdown and turnaround development schedule, project reports, procedure development, invoicing, Change Management and render training for junior planners.
  • Can develop project schedules for any kind of projects.
  • Must possess a valid TWIC card.

Environment

Working conditions encountered in this job include those found in a typical office setting as well as an indoor/outdoor Chemical manufacturing setting which includes exposure to outside weather conditions, work at elevated heights, climbing of stairs and ladders, and physical manipulation of tools and mechanical equipment. This job demands the use of typical manufacturing personal protective equipment as well as advanced protective equipment as needed.
