Roger has 23+ years of financial management and consulting experience in the Oil & gas industry across Upstream, Midstream and Downstream organizations. He has provided financial leadership internally and externally to organizations ranging in size from $50 million to +$13 billion in annual revenue. His focus surrounds the successful integration of finance and accounting operations, organizational development, human resource management, information services and business development to support operational success.

Industry experience includes capital projects, turn-arounds, outages, and maintenance along the Texas Gulf coast region.

Matt has 14+ years of industrial EPC experience in Refining, Petrochemical and LNG industries in both domestic and foreign project settings. His previous project experience with CB&I includes Field Engineering and Commissioning of LNG terminals, process units, and tank farms to Construction Management of brownfield revamps and turnarounds from 50,000 man-hours up to 2,000,000 man-hours. Responsibilities include technical scope and constructability reviews, project schedule analysis, contracting strategies, and self-perform field management.

His responsibilities ranged from Field Engineering on maintenance projects to the Construction Management of new power and utility units comprising 5,000,000 man-hours and 1,000 craft personnel. His experience includes the review and development of SOW and contract documents, constructability input through FEED and detail design, construction estimate and schedule development, and Level 4 construction execution planning.

Robert Smith, P.E., Civil/Structural Department Manager
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Robert has 17+ years of experience working in the upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas industry. Most of his experience has been on the downstream side acting as the Lead Civil/Structural Engineer on projects ranging in TIC from $10 million all the way up to $12 billion. His last assignment before joining H+M was an Engineering Manager role on a multi-billion dollar plant expansion in southwest Louisiana. His current responsibilities include maintaining departmental procedures, assurance of quality deliverables, maintaining proper staffing levels, as well as general oversight of the Civil/Structural Department.

Jessica has 12+ years of industrial EPC experience in the Refining, Petrochemical and LNG industries. She has worked as a lead mechanical, mechanical supervisor and project engineer on multiple projects. Her experience includes both office and field assignments on multiple stages of a project from FEED estimates through construction.

Justin has 11+ years of industrial engineering, construction, and commissioning experience. He has experience with design, engineering, and construction including but not limited to: leading I&E construction, developing plant control documents, directing control systems programming personnel, performing factory and site acceptance testing of electrical/process analyzation/control systems equipment, designing power distribution and motor starting systems, stamping and submitting electrical permitting packages, directing commissioning efforts, developing instrumentation specifications, validating engineering data, specifying I&E material, and training operations personnel. Justin has previous EPC experience from Optimized Process Designs, LLC – a subsidiary of Koch Chemical Technology Group.

His project design and supervision responsibilities have ranged from small capital projects to multimillion dollar projects. Chris has been with H&M for over ten years, with previous related work experience at Jacobs Engineering, CDI Engineering, Enterprise Products and Mustang Engineering.

Jay has 25+ years of combined experience in oil & gas, petrochemical manufacturing, pipeline and construction safety. Jay is a Safety Management Specialist by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, holds a Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Technology from San Jacinto College and a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course. Jay has been a member of American Society of Safety Engineers since 2008 as well as sits on the Board of Directors for the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region. Jay has been the Corporate HSE Manager of H+M Industrial EPC since 2012 where he has implemented the behavior base safety process known as the TIP Process (Take It Personal) along with developing many safety and health trainings.

Erin has 10+ years of corporate Human Resources experience supporting a domestic and international workforce with a focus on the construction and engineering industry. Previously at Kiewit, she has provided HR leadership and expertise as a strategic business partner to operations by managing key functions such as training, leadership and career development, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational design and change.

Robyn has 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in the oil & gas industry. Her experience includes working with companies who deliver specialized services to operators such as capital project services, seismic services, and custom simulation software. Working alongside industry experts, her responsibilities include strategy, digital marketing, analytics, social media, corporate events, tradeshows, branding and graphic design. She obtained an MBA in 2012 with a focus on product development.
Linda has 40+ years of accounting experience and has been with H+M since 1989. Responsibilities have included everything from Office Administration, HR, Hiring, Safety, Insurance, 401k and corporate accounting. Her current focus is administrative management, project cost management, Manager of Benefits and Business Insurances and Payroll and related activities.
Larry has 35+ years of mechanical design experience in industrial settings along the Texas gulf coast. Responsibilities have included everything from job estimating, detail design coordination, and project management. With previous experience in the petrochemical industry, Larry joined Dudley Masterson in 1988 to establish H+M Industrial EPC. The company has grown into a complete turnkey EPC company over the last 30 years.
