At H+M, we put people and their safety first. With safety an integral part of our culture, we recognize the necessary extra precautions that need to be taken when working at your facility.
We also know that performing a job safely is just as important as meeting a deadline and producing quality work. A safe workplace leads to greater productivity and quality craftsmanship. As a result, H+M's management team views our safety culture as a means to find safer, more efficient ways to complete projects. Each and every employee looks out for each other and works hard to develop creative solutions to keep everyone safe, productive and on the job.
As a National Safety Council member, we promote a culture of safety awareness, constant communication and safety education internally. We also empower our employees by encouraging them to stop any job he or she feels might cause harm to himself, his surroundings or others. As a result of our strong safety culture, we have been without a Loss Time Injury for over 7 years.
We're also an ISNetworld Featured Contractor and a member of PICS. Our memberships enable us to keep employees current on site-specific training, maintain recordkeeping and demonstrate our dedication to safety to current and potential clients.
We have received the following awards:
