The objective of our EPC training program is to provide the necessary tools, resources, and project experiences to recent engineering graduates. This experience will develop the appropriate skill set for your career at H+M and provide you with the self-confidence to become a future leader of the company.

what you'll learn

Our rotations include design engineering, field engineering/construction, estimating, project management/project controls, supply chain, and QA/QC.

H+M's goal is for you to gain an understanding of the core competencies of each rotation while gaining broad exposure to our EPC approach. Our detailed curriculum will give you the knowledge to take full advantage of the hands-on work experience.  You are one of the team, with real responsibility, working on important projects.
